Vintage 12" wide Penn-Guin Products Motor Purge can label. Circa 1950 label that went on a one quart can. Nice penguin picture. Says it removed all the sludge, varnish, and gums from the valve chambers" etc. You added the whole one quart can to your motor oil. Says it was for "Sluggish Motors". Apparently, this company evolved into Valvoline as it lists Valvoline OIls and City Service Oils and Penn-Guin products.
