Having grown up in Central Pennsylvania, as a teenager in the 1970's , I was fascinated by the Saturday estate auctions - where everything from the basement to the attic to the barn was sold - often out of a window of the house.  My first purchase for resale was an oak desk which I proudly brought home and proclaimed - "LOOK WHAT I BOUGHT"!  My mother asked - "where are you going to store that"?  And I said IN THE GARAGE" .. to which my father said - "NO YOU ARE NOT"!.  I was a furniture dealer for one day.  Attempts at dealing in Depression glassware, crockery, and other fragile items often ended in broken pieces, but my love for history led me to things like Real Photo Postcards, Documents, and illustrated advertising.  For years, I bought at the auctions on Saturday and sold at the local Flea Market on Sunday. 

 College and a nearly 20-year career in High Tech resulted in my passion for antiques and collectibles becoming a part-time hobby, but around 1990 I discovered the world of warehouse finds - and began a 30 year run of amassing large quantities of inventory.   

My wholesale business started with a mail order catalog, but quickly changed to online selling with eBay - and we have been in business full time since 2002.
